Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Lian town will be highlighted by a residential village surrounded by an 18-hole golf course by the bay

Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), is developing a 150-hectare beachside property in Lian, Batangas.

Lialto Beach and Golf Estates will be a sprawling integrated lifestyle community sitting on a highland featuring sweeping views of the sea and nearby islands. The company is allotting an initial P5 billion to develop Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in the next 10 years.

Lialto Beach and Golf Estates is approximately 2.5 hours away from Metro Manila and about 45 minutes away from Tagaytay. From the central business districts of Makati or Taguig, it can be accessed via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) leading to the Calatagan-Lian Highway.
